Check your local library. Most of them have printer access for like, a dime a page. And I would be shocked if it didn't have a scanner, too. All you need is a library card.

There's a charging station with two ports outside of my apartment. Its two buildings and six floors, plus there's another complex across the street. Despite all that, if people didn't part in front of them in gas cars, I'm pretty sure we could keep both our electric cars charged up easily

You can make eggs go a lot farther but supplementing them with other things. Tomatoes, refried beans, cheese, and a splash of sour cream are some of my go tos. Maybe not all at once, but now that I think about it all those things would work rather well together. And would work rather well with beef.
