I imagine it's more complicated than that. It's hard to invest capital in new projects that will get next to no support from governments and regulators. I hate that this is true but it is a business after all.

I gave my AOTW to Retromorphosis but this was up there. Other highlights for me were Abduction and Cross Bringer.

Scour's latest might be the best thing Phil has done since TGST. This is a beautiful cross section of metal - nice to see so much diversity.

I am not a metalcore guy but I really enjoyed this one as well. Exceptional week for releases. Probably the best of 2025 so far.

I think they are still out there, we just don't watch them as much because streaming services jam another movie into our faces before the credits end. It's both convenient and awful.

While I want to agree with this, most of the conservative people I know don't mind paying for services that everyone has access to. They just don't want to pay for services they can't access. I don't agree with this, I'm just sharing what I've heard.

I imagine it's a mitigant against people who want to post full movies. In reality, most of us have the attention span of gnat so 60 seconds is good.

Oh, I'm not saying that there won't be a price increase, I just said that it's not due to inflation. Inflation impacts the cost of everything, not just imported goods.

I've been fortunate to see them both as a 3 piece and 4 piece and I can honestly say that they are the most ferocious 3 piece band I've ever seen.

You're right. I take things too literally. I just worry about the people who will repeat what you say without an understanding of what they're saying. The fact that I've engaged with you means that you've used a platform to express an idea and it mattered enough for me to respond.

I'm not totally surprised Trump called it out and I do applaud the fact that he did it. He is transparent enough...he certainly doesn't hold his cards close to his chest. But accountable? 😬
