Made a late dinner last night due to running the girls around all day. This was hands down the best Turkey breast I have ever made.
Salt and pepperered the bird, slathered the whole thing with homemade poultry seasoning (sage, thyme, rosemary, tarragon) infused unsalted butter.

We go camping in Erie Pa often, if you get a chance to catch the sunset over the lake I highly recommend it.
