There is an image of the Trump/Vance logo with a photograph of Trump below it. In response, Harry writes "Trump sent out an email at 8 am this morning saying "I want to try and get to heaven." Pretty weird to send out when you're trying to reassure people that you're healthy!" which is in reference to the recent allegations that Trump's health is declining rapidly.
