One of my neighbors put up a beautiful, and moving, Day of the Dead ( #DiadelosMuertos) altar to honor their departed dog, & to encourage others to post photos of their gone-but-not-forgotten pets.
The response was amazing, with the altar being expanded several times to meet demand. #Hoboken #pets

An amazing day & night of music yesterday at the first CBGB Festival in Brooklyn. Godfather of punk Iggy Pop as well as The Melvins, Lunachicks, Jack White, Johnny Marr, & many more, including L.A.'s teen (mostly) sensation, the Linda Lindas. Fittingly, held under a highway. #punk #punkrock #CBGB
