So with the cutback in air travel, is Air Force One reducing it's flight operations by 10%. And are private jets(ie the Oligarchs) being forced to reduce their flight operations by 10% ? In a normal world this would seem like a reasonable conclusion, but I'm guessing that's not the case...

Somebody in the know needs to investigate.Did the FAA have any direct involvement in the inspection and/or oversight of maintainance of the UPS jet that crashed?If so,did the lack of funding by the govt,of the FAA,have any impact on the proper inspection & maintainance of the aircraft?
