Yes...Dems want files out to further incriminate Traitor in Chief and so be it if Dems involved and they get what they deserve...but right wingers now will want the files out to find any Dems they can use as counter...so if Speaker J delays or Senate votes it down they will hear it from their own...

Watching RFS for years and watching your posts/success tonight...I can only hope that Big Donors finally recognize the enormous value that you deliver to the Dem Party and ultimately in supporting candidates who represent the best values that define America...I thank You/RFS for your committed work!

Chris...if the RWing SCourt is focused on the Equal Protections of the 14th to disregard the racial/Jim Crow protections of the 15th...can't future plaintiffs claim 'lack of equal protection/representation' embedded in the 14th to get a redraw...is this where the claims are headed...thoughts?

Thanks Chris...I didn't read the opinion just the summary pages you posted...but one of Riggs key arguments was the fact that All of the Challenged ballots come from a few Dem Heavy Districts which is selective targeting destroying equal representation...did the opinion opine on this?

Road to 26/28 is long...I can understand State Gov's/Others calibrating their moves...and in the class war we have Pritzker as a billionaire may not be the 'paper choice'...but he is rising up in this moment of need and earning street/heart cred...country most important...he is earning (my) votes...
