There's something to be said for making people focus on where things stand right now.

I've been in a medical waiting room for a half hour. I've received:
2️⃣"great shirts!"
4️⃣smile and nods

Makes you wonder about the beach convos this pair would have had if only national politics - and how the GOP are busy stealing healthcare and food from the vulnerable to give tax cuts and fund their ICE kidnapping machine - didn't get in the way of Senator Fetterman's lovely beach vacation.

Great job, Doylestown Action League! And thank you to all of the event attendees!

We join our voices to yours to say
NO KINGS!

If you pass by GOP Congressman Fitzpatrick's office in PA-01 on a Friday afternoon and see the crowd of patriotic neighbors expressing their First Amendment right to "petition the Government for a redress of grievances," please do show them some love by honking... or joining them

I was watching a video from @gutsickgibbon.bsky.social where you were paused on screen for a bit, and my dog Hunny got into a staring contest with your paused image. It featured much growling and posturing on her part.

You won the contest.

Our first Bucks County train station social of this meaningful HANDS OFF day of action just wrapped, as several dozen enthusiastic supporters of our American values took off from Yardley to head into Philadelphia for the big protest.

They ain't going down, Trump!

This is who Trump stands up for.
Not the people of America.
Not even his MAGA supporters.
Rapist. Woman-beater. Pornographer. Misogynist Andrew Tate.

In swing District Bucks County, PA, with only two days lead time, we got 130+ people to go into our Congressman's office to make in person public constituent comments about Trump & Elon's overreaches and illegal actions.

We flooded the office all day long, 4-5 ppl every 15 minutes.

Pennsylvania Indivisibles were doing the work yesterday! These pictures were in front of John Fetterman's Philadelphia office. At the same time, a similar event went down in front of his Pittsburgh office, just as well attended.

So this is what happened when I tried to get on Twitter today.

What a garbage fire that site is.

Just a reminder that President Trump gave a pardon to this guy.

This guy, who clearly would like Jews like me to feel intimidated and dehumanized, was just given a pardon by a US president.

"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience," Martin Luther King Jr. said, "but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."

As we get ready to usher in this new 119th Congress and the coming inauguration, please remember these words from James Madison in 1785.

Protesting any infringement upon our rights is OUR FIRST DUTY as citizens, according to this founder.

We know there are other holidays being celebrated now or soon. And if you are one doing the celebrating for those, we wish you joy.

But for today, we wish you all both a Merry Christmas and a Happy Hanukkah. Blessings to you all!

Ugh. I meant SUPERCHAT.

And 2) acorns are brutal if eaten raw from all the bitter tannins.

But Native American cultures got around that by long soaking or roasting. Acorn flour is downright tasty if prepared properly! I've had it in a sweet dessert.

Keep up all your great and enjoyable output!

Hi @glidus.bsky.social, sorry to have missed the livestream with you and @altschwiftx.bsky.social. I would have supercharged this.

1) the lemon water reference re: Stannis is to tie him to Julius Caesar. Not a lot of historical confirmation, but a very well read historical series made that popular.

Trump and the GOP are crowing about a landslide. That is (yet another) Republican lie.
Do not fall for it.
