Well, all you have to do is google how many laws did any president (Obama, bush, Reagan, etc.) break and you will see that they all have broken lots of laws and we’re never charged, indicted or convicted. So I guess yes, as long as the crimes were not violent.

Did James break the law? If yes, She needs prosecuted. Doesn’t matter how “small” the case is. If it were any of us little people, we would have been charged, indicted and probably convicted!

He’d have to prove it! A lot of people get found not guilty and it doesn’t mean that they can’t sue for vindictive prosecution!
