The "Middle Class" has always been capitalist propaganda that the majority of proletariat had a decent quality of life. You are either a wage earner with no private property (proletariat), or a capitalist who owns private property and therefore controls the means of production.

Constitutional rights are not a popularity contest. It doesn't matter if only 1% agree with it. It doesn't matter if people support their representatives passing unconstitutional laws beyond the expense of the attempt.
