Oh definitely! The book is absolutely amazing!! (It almost makes me wish for more people to post about it-) But never the less it is a wonderful book!!!

So headcannons for funny fish man!:
I headcannon that he had a shock collar that they(urbanshade) placed on him during the experiments but chose to keep it on even when Sebastian turned into 'TheHandyMan" and now they also use it as a radio to give orders. And if he doesn't obey they'll shock him
