My defense for this is his voice/voicelines sounds exactly like a real mafia boss and majority of the time they were like. middle aged Italians.

A good way 2 start something new is set a timer for 10 mins and do the thing. After the ten minutes, see if you still feel like going or wanna take a break
Idk how effective it is for art as art is a lengthy process, but 10 minutes is still better than no minutes !! :)
