The due date of the BOI disclosure with the Treasury Department, which was Jan 1 2025 until a Texas court issued an injunction, will now be up to the courts. A provision to extend the due date to 1/1/2026 in the CR was killed when the bill was pulled due to pressure from Musk and Trump.
