oh man, when I was kid there was one winter boot type that was perfect sliding down hills and a heel to dig in to stop (faux cowboy boot). You were basically a nobody if you didn't wear a pair of these.

Seems like over 40 yrs ago o built a tamiya Porsche 936. That one had a small DC motor and a couple of AA’s to power it…odd in a model but I still have packed it away in a box.
I can’t bring myself to build cars again but I do like a 917.

Your lighting is impeccable. Have to assume you have multiple sources pointed at your work surface (envious).

Curious about where and when you'd use a paint pen.
My prized possession is a bow pen (draughtsman pen) for doing straight lines of any width. And any medium can be used with the pen (well, for the most part). But that is just drawing a line on the model or maybe a transfer sheet.
