Moreover, the archives show that the UK, as the junior (dependent) partner, was constantly at pains to not let NI conflict *risk* its relations with Washington, esp on defence/NATO - rather than other way around. NATO priority - US insistence - impacted UK policy in NI.

🔌 In just over a month the common charger rules come into effect!

From 28 December, all new handheld electronic devices sold in the EU will be required to use a USB-C charger.

It means e-waste could be reduced by 11,000 tonnes yearly.
