thank you! the surgeon actually didnt want to do it because of my age until i decided i didnt want to be on pain meds forever and he finally agreed. he told me that i will be the youngest patient he has done surgery on and idk how to feel. im also waiting to have my pituitary tumor removed at OU.

deciding between extremely painful spinal surgery that would lead to more down the road or pain meds (aka opioids) for the rest of my life. im 19. i choose spinal surgery. waiting for it to get scheduled is so nerve racking.
