I came to Bluesky feeling like an outcast on most all social media sites because I believe Trump and his followers have/will destroy the US freedoms and Democracy. I am a 69 yr old Polio Survivor with Post Polio Syndrome and a Christian.

I have found many Bluesky members who “follow” to be legit in their following. Frustratingly there are just as many who seem to be using (my opinion) Bluesky as a dating service and to promote products & sales. Be advised, DON’T try following me as YOU will be BLOCKED! Stop wasting both our time.

OMG this doesn’t anger me it only makes me sad at people ignorance. I am so confused at how so many fall for such “not knowing the truth” when it’s right there in front of them. Being a polio survivor this is like a slap on my face.

Trump appointing RFK’jr to oversee US healthcare is just plain scary. I’m 68 and have lived with severe post-polio (and now PPS) for 65 yrs. I am pro-vaccine and have very little patience for adults who are against it for themselves & their children.

Mainstream news for me, seems to be improving. I often watch ABC and have been for a good while. FOX & CNN is a joke! I think mainstream news should be based on fact, neutral & NOT liberal or conservative. FOX & CNN is a good example of speculation/opinion and not news. Just my opinion.
