My lovely wife got me an @ilfordphoto.com and Paterson B&W film development kit for Christmas.

After shooting two rolls of Ilford HP5 Plus in a Pentax K1000, I was able to try it for the first time today.

Still a lot to improve but overall it went pretty well.

While watching the sunrise in AZ, a few coyotes walked over the hill. These are substantially larger than the coyotes I see in NC.

At this year's Holly Springs Half Marathon I setup near the 5 mile marker to photograph friends and members of the local run clubs (I was not an official photog). So many people were showing their joy of running.

“Launch” was my first shot that I thought was actually decent after getting my first real camera this summer. I waited over an hour for the heron to fly away and feel like I captured a great moment between standing and flying.
