Actually, for it represents the place where I have always felt invincible so when I say 'catwalk, catwalk, catwalk' to myself when I'm in a situation that makes me anxious or self conscious, I tune back into that feeling and a big part of the anxiety leaves my body 😌

I love this! I tend to call it 'catwalking' for myself, as I used to be a performer on stage, and that was thee place where I was not afraid to let go (vs bumping into things, tripping over words, spilling my drink, making a mess, etc). I will go "catwalk!" in my head and immediately perk up!
