Jungkook: My initial gut reaction was that our Jungkookie would probably rather be an ice-cold, refreshing draft beer. But choosing an equally approachable wine for him, it would have to be a Chardonnay, golden and buttery like our maknae's honeyed vocals.

Taehyung: Fortified and comforting, tawny port wine has a nutty caramel flavor profile from lively Portuguese grapes and the barrel-aging process. Like Taehyung, this classy wine is complex, sweet and very strong.

Yoongi: Tempranillo is a complex, playful Spanish wine aged in oak barrels. Both sweet and spicy, its notes of cherry, fig, tobacco and cedar pair well with red meat. The multilayered, earthy, energetic flavor profile reminds me of our Yoongi.

Jin: A rich, full wine with notes of berry and dark chocolate, the Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is the gold standard for a reason. Like Jin, a Napa Cab doesn't need to argue with you about why it's so expensive, but it is always a crowd-pleasing delight.
