Picked it up for the first time a month ago myself. Have not been this engrossed in a game in a very long time. Basically spent all my free time playing it, the stories and voice acting is great!

What are the logic behind chinas contributions being voluntary? While it still far off an average gdp per capita seen in oecd and US, it is the worlds second largest economy. Any thoughts or insights?

On the other hand IT has helped scale and spread healthcare and education to incredible amounts of people that would not have had it otherwise. Governments are held accountable in manners it was not before and processes that would be cumbersome and discriminatory, can now be automated and audited.
