Thanks. At 62 I’m concerned about a bicep tear with an alternate grip too. Just plateaued on weight until my grip gets stronger. I used an alternate grip in my early 20’s with over 400lbs pretty often but there’s a BIG difference in age now.

I’ve had to lay people off and been laid a few times. It sucks. Especially if their performance has been solid and there just isn’t enough work or the project is finished. One employer was really generous and compassionate about it. But usually that’s not the case.
