I have faith that deep in the US military there are senior officers who know who their allies are and defend the Constitution against all enemies Foreign and Domestic. I live in hope. That's all I have.

Alas, I doubt that very much.

Most people in this country will just do a very French shrug and get on with their day. Very few really care. With a War in Europe coming very soon, this is all very old news unfortunately. I would advise them to stop and live to help another day. The Government really doesn't care.

At some point, someone will call Bullshit. I know Churchill said "Jaw Jaw is better than War War" but that stage was years ago. Back Ukraine, force Russian out of Captured lands, then talk. Along the way 2 Presidents will be removed and the Chairman in the East will realised he needs to play nice.

One day it will be all about it and the the 24 hour news cycle will move on and it will be forgotten and all our lives will go back to normal.

One day they might have protect the Constitution and take power for a short while until free and fair elections can be held?

The bigger the army, the less chance they will have to fight. Or they will end up being part of Putin's Army.

America is an amazing country and having travelled by cycle and RV coast to coast, I have seen a lot of it. But there are a load more places to see, whilst the prices are high. They will eventually come down and normality will return. It might just take a few years.

I recall General Anthony McAuliffe in response to a German surrender demand in the Battle of the Bulge... 😉

This is a sign that Russia has no military answer to Ukraine's attacks on its Oil infrastructure and its ability to frustrate its army in the field. Keep Strong Ukraine 🇺🇦 💪

We Europeans just need to shame those that do buy them. It is socially unacceptable to own one. People Power!

Soon Kyiv will be able to say no to the USA. That will be a Global turning point. One the US should not force Kyiv to have to do. One the American military will have to consider their options. Do they want to continue working and learning from the Ukrainians or be shut out from that knowledge stream

Oh but he can, the current US Administration can and are doing what they like. And the US Congress is AWOL.

They need to hang some of these nets of Barrage Balloons around the cities. The helped on WW2. Maybe they could help again?

Trump is a desperate old man wanting to make something of his life. He is never satisfied with the adoration of his disciples and thinks that pausing this terrible war he will get a prize and finally his Dead Daddy will be pleased with him. He needs to be the Greatest President ever. But never will

As a descendent of Vikings and Welsh Celts, we kind already knew this. There is a very old joke about the definition and swimming. But then the Celts were immigrants to this land. This is all nonsense.

Britain has a lot Spitfires taking tourist for joy rides. I think if they had a soul it would be weeping and very keen to get back in the fight. That is true of some of the US and German warbirds. Great gun platforms.

Look who is interviewing him - she is one of the handmaidens of Brexit.

We need to send them some Spitfires and Mustangs!!

Totally agree. He was responsible for all that came after the decision. So many jobs lost, so many businesses ruined.

Maybe the planners realise that cyclist will go where they like regardless of lanes, paths or any other infrastructure. So way spend extra on something that will be mainly ignored.
