I’ve heard some rumblings about folks interested in starting out in the gym. I got serious about lifting a little over a year ago, and can point to @violetloup.bsky.social as a really great resource for getting started. Being aimless in a gym sucks. He’ll tell you what to do. 👍 9 months progress.
