Every Week:
1. Pull 20 lines of REAL customer language (DMs, calls, reviews, comments)
2. Highlight repeated phrases (pain, goals, objections)
3. Write posts & landing pages using those EXACT words
4. Keep what gets replies/conversions, discard the rest

Anyone with a business, ask yourself 4 simple questions:
1) Who is it for? (Buyer Persona/ICP)
2) What SPECIFIC painful problem does it solve?
3) What’s the simple mechanism? (What makes your method work & how it's different)
4) What’s the proof? (Results, reps, or receipts)
