I respect that. I personally just see so many people pushing clean eating (not saying you are) that really just push products that don’t actually benefit anyone while fear mongering GMO’s & what not, when it should really be just eat more fruits and veggies, drink less beer & limit unhealthy food

Firm believer that you can be healthy without “living clean” (I personally believe that phase is a made up term that doesn’t actually help people be healthy) but it’s also impressive that you managed for a full year and if it works for you, thats awesome!
