I bought rice cracker snack mix from Trader Joe’s to eat alone in my car but the cashier held it up and said “you got the good stuff” so I think that makes me better than you?

I don’t want to seem like I’m standing up for the patriarchy or anything, but I assure you, your energy would be better spent critiquing any number of people who would actively see women’s rights taken away as opposed to a visual artist who drew a lady with a nice butt, you know?

Wanted to throw out there: please only borrow books you plan to listen to! Some borrowing models limit how many checkouts a title has. I don’t want people to think it’s the equivalent of how playing but not watching a YouTube video can directly benefit creators. But yes! Support your library!!

Ironically it was one of the only things in my feed today from someone I actually follow 🙃 I’m tired of going on there for the artists and content I want to see and getting ads and reels shoved down my throat instead. Hope this goes well! Maybe it will help me break away, too.
