But no matter what I ultimately end up doing it doesn't do me any good if I can't get money together fast enough to do something before that inevitable "when things decide to go wrong" moment.

I would like to have a cnc machine but space/noise is probably a issue with my current place. So it would make a better secondary project than a first.

The same goes for a laser engraver.

Both could be handy considering I am a little artsy and embellishing odds and ends might pay out.

Being able to buy/grow/gather stuff like cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, fruits; freeze dry them, use them for soup, ramen (the staple poor man fare), whatever; would be handy.

I love running across a deal at the supermarket when something is hitting its dead date, but hate not using it fast enough.

I have also considered getting a freeze dryer. There is money in selling free dried foods, and where I live at the moment, camping and hiking is a thing.

But the secondary thing is that I could use it to buy and save food for later or for meal prep. So even if it doesn't make me money, it saves it.

I think it would be neat to make little figurines, customizable model kits, nerf gun holsters, video game storage systems, decor things, handy jigs for the occasional woodworking project, being able to prototype special hardware before paying to have metal versions made.

So time, money, and energy are all issues.

I have considered trying to save up and get a 3D printer, but IF I could make money enough to depend on that sort of thing is another issue.

And honestly I like the idea of making nerd toys for myself.
And if others buy them... Great.

Honestly this is the reason I want to get, and learn to make things with a 3D printer.

I want nerd stuff LOL.

I feel like this is an untapped market.

In gaming I played a lot of squaresoft and enix games.

Titles like Kirby, Metroid, Castlevania, Megaman, Zelda, Armored Core, Pokemon filled my game library. I dabbled in Mario and Sonic. Never been much into fps, fighting, or racing games.

Thing is seems like a lot of stuff like that wants to be priced like it is made out of gold and not printed on paper or made of plastic.

Ignoring that problem...

I know I liked mecha growing up so I have been sniffing after some lego figurines I have seen online (lego was another big plus for me)

That couple has kids because they wanted to put a hook in each other so one side couldn't leave the other.

These two people are friends cause they both have low self esteem and consider themselves better than the other person...

Etc, etc, etc

I probably wouldn't be able to function.

If I knew:
That guy's an asshole.

That lady is a gold digger.

This person uses people to get ahead.

They are only nice to people they think are useful.

That person expresses no strong opinions so they can stay on everyone's good side for favors...

Side note to the side note: Just cause you have something to bring to the party, doesn't mean something else about you might not nullify it entirely.

Case and point: You can be GORGIOUS, but if you are an asshole to people, you can't fuck off far enough.

(Full disclosure, when I spot a cute guy it usually goes more like this:

"DAAAAAAAAAMN he is cute/hot/amazing/fine....
Not that it matters.
Even if he is into guys that doesn't mean he would be interested in me (sexually/personally).
Or a nice person.

When I am out some place and I see a nice guy I am usually like "DAAAAAAMN"...

(side note: There are LOTS of guy types I like, or as I put it "everyone brings something to the party")

... but thats because I plugged in an imaginary personality where they would be a decent person to know.

I don't tend to kink shame as long as its consensual.

Do no harm intentionally or accidentally if you can help it.

I don't pretend to understand or accept everything but I don't go out witch hunting either if I can help it.

Worse case: stay in your corner of the asylum and I will stay in mine.

And part of it I think is cause I want to take things I liked when I was growing up with me as an adult.

Its like realizing that if a fictional character were a real person, they probably would be exactly the kind of person you would like to know.

I read various webcomics.
I use to draw a little, but wasn't anything special.
Various creative hobbies... Cooking, crafting, and so on.
Honestly a lot of people I follow draw furry NSFW art.
I don't consider myself a furry, my interest is a combo of liking the art, and hot things are still hot.

As I said before I have noticed a good number of people there aren't on here and a good number of people on here are no longer active or aren't very active at least.

BUT HEY, I am still trying.

And if I could snap a finger, port my follows and any reason I would ever have to be on twitter off of twitter, I would.

Personally I would burn the thing down and salt the earth it stood on if I knew all the BS that's on there wouldn't be able to come here.
