To be fair, I believe that's what they want. They want riots in the streets, to declare martial law, to arrest people and put them in detention camps right alongside undocumented immigrants, to fill their for-profit prisons, and continue the looting that is currently happening in the capital

There's a million reasons why this is wrong economically, but besides all of that, that stated intention is such BS. Any money they would make from this, which will inevitably fail, would never reach the American people. It is a smash and grab for a very few, we will actually become poorer for it
