Lead-in of "ensure that votes are counted" doesn't match all of the petty minutiae for exclusion, IMO. Maybe I read that wrong.

Hopefully they'll expose uncounted Harris ballots in the process. Maybe not enough to change the tragic results, but enough to show that there was possible fraud in the tabulation. I would readily accept that there were grotesque irregularities in swing states.
