Latest for Baltimore Brew & The Garrison Project: The clearance rate is up, homicides are down. Baltimore Police say that less murders means they now have the time to solve more of them. But Baltimore Police are making the same number of arrests for murder now as they were in 2005.

On this week's Board of Estimates agenda: $720k settlement to Dennis Freeman, a man who was hit on his motorcycle by Baltimore City police officer Alexia Davis in 2023. Man lost his leg in the crash. Officer Davis plead guilty last year.
