My healthier relationship with technology may bring me back on social media some more if i at least have that downtime schedule that prevents me from continuously scrolling. These are wonderful tools to share my works and hobbies.

I have also learned to create calendars and reminders to keep my brain fresh on what actually matters and keep very important contacts only to my phone number.

I want to use technology sparingly, so i can actually use technology and not have technology use me.
