@blitz.spotcat.ink feel free to reach out if you like, I have the same username on Discord. The standard still needs some more documentation, especially regarding clothing. You can find it here: wiki.resonite.com/Avatar_stand...

Oh right, I forgot about that X3
Is that tool as easy to use as something like PowerPoint?

Builder Bubbles could potentially fix this in the further future. For now, I've made a bubble where all gizmos and inspectors inside of it are hidden to the people outside.

Quick tip: If you replace your Dynamic Read by a Dynamic Input, that node group will lazily evaluate instead of running every tick for the On Change node

It would also help if people could explain in a way that it makes sense to others honestly.

You can't directly interact with FFMPEG using ProtoFlux at the moment. You'd have to use some local WebSocket proxy for that. With WASM support, we could directly call into FFMPEG from ProtoFlux.

It might let us do fun stuff like using FFMP(r)EG in Resonite. Imagine being able to cut and edit videos directly inside of the game

There's a sweet spot in Germany where I can get free shipping and avoid customs by ordering between 150AUD and 150EUR. That's why I ordered so many

I swear, when you add WASM to Resonite, I'm gonna be the first to create Rust bindings for it

In computer terms, this is TCP vs UDP

I'm using a 7T Pro and my experiences with them were the worst. Bad support, it took them 2 weeks to fix my screen covered by warranty, they stopped selling their headphone jack + charging adapter because they broke their driver instead of fixing it. I really can't recommend this company.

Yeah, very weird. My next phone is gonna need to have some way of physically disconnecting the front camera. This was very sus, since I didn't have anything else open that would just open my camera.

PS @frooxius.bsky.social: Bremen is looking very Gaussian-Splattable

I tried to avoid any continuously updating components or flux. When I tested it once in an empty world with someone who has a 10-15 year old PC where you can feel every small piece of lag, there were like 3 updating nodes. It's a lot of flux, but very optimized.

Fact: Cats bite you for saying that :3

Being transparent about progress in general also makes us see that things are happening. For a startup with few programmers and a big vision, things take time. If there was no communication between major updates, I believe the community could lose some interest in the game.

I don't want to desolder the microcontroller from the only Arduino board I have, so I'll just wait until my FTDI programmer arrives tomorrow
