That looks like it would take multiple ovens

Mmm…I’d love to feel that

Thirsty Thursday very much is!

We differentiate turnips here. They look somewhat like half-way between a rutabaga and a large radish. I found out that rutabagas are what happens when you cross-breed turnips with cabbage

Both!
November 26, 2025 at 4:06 PM
Huh…now I know. We call them rutabagas.

Glad you survived!

That still requires access to location permissions. But what doesn’t require it is that they can tell when you’re near other users with known locations

Depends where you’re talking about. Jufran is reasonably common in San Francisco and surrounding areas, and there used to be a burrito cart in Portland that had it as an optional sauce

Not quite orthodontic, but earlier this year I was quoted $10k for some fillings and I think 4 veneers? And then I just had to pay $4k to get my wisdom teeth out

You are!

I watched both seasons earlier this month, and I could go for more

The key is brining. I haven’t had dry turkey at a family dinner in at least 15 years. Definitely ditch the casserole.

It’s been out of service for years, and has always really divided locals. I would’ve wanted to keep it though
November 24, 2025 at 7:46 AM
Oh no, that’s terrible!
November 24, 2025 at 7:43 AM
Because the printed shelf life is so long on oat milk, yet it seems to go bad so quickly after it’s been opened, I’ve taken to always giving the container a sniff before pouring
November 24, 2025 at 7:40 AM
Why does that poster look like it’s from the year 2000?
November 23, 2025 at 10:15 PM
Indeed! Just pointing out that wind behaves differently at different elevations, and you may commonly have nacelles at anywhere from 30m to 120m. I guess the question is do you care about wind speed at ground/sea level, or wind speed where it's being harnessed?

Lots of complicating factors there, particularly turbine height

Animals have existed longer than plants or fungi

Gills are in this season
