I was thinking the same of the race in Las Vegas. Both cars disqualified for the same issue? It seems like the same situation when Hamilton got robbed of the championship, when race control made a terrible decision.

How is it possible that a guy who is complaining every race weekend about how bad his car is, is winning so many races. He is (almost?) equal on number of racewins with both Norris and Piastri. His car has been bobbing, hopping and flying, even on race day. But still he could close in on Norris.

The Dems do not have any leverage now. The Rep's promise of a vote for extension of healthcare will turn out they get nothing. The public voters will not thrust the Dems anymore or again. How painfull the Shutdown was for a lot of people, this was the only leverage Dems had.
