The majority of Americans say they “don’t trust the press” because trump and his sycophants have been telling them NOT to for over a decade. Maligning good reporting and reporters while bleating “fake news” at anything he doesn’t like. Don’t need to “both sides” stories on corruption.

If you think FuckFace™️ wrote it, think again. More likely Stephen Miller or some other racist whack job in the admin. I used to take comfort in the fact his social app had such an abysmally low installed base, but people forwarding and retweeting ironically gives him the eyeballs he craves. Sigh.

None of us should be surprised about this. His reasons for running a 2nd time were to exact this precise outcome. Knowing SCOTUS would grant him broad immunity while sitting President. That rule has, in part, been retroactively applied to this case. He’ll now spin this as “proof” 2020 was rigged.

If Dems manage to flip the House in ‘26, Congress should keep these power hungry grifters busy in hearings for the balance of their respective terms (especially Hegseth… my goodness, what a buffoon).

That’s the point though. They’re intentionally flooding us with lies and BS so we do just that — tune them out. I’ve been taking breaks from the news here and there for the same reasons you stated, but I refuse to stay away.
