When it could take about as much effort as a tweet, viral is not possible. It's not just millions of people, you'll be competing against algorithms trying to go viral with thousands of series a day. People will tune it out. No one is going to watch 1.2k episodes that had a funny clip go viral.

If it can write/animate/voice and all that, assuming it gets that good, then how is your project going to do against millions (or more) of other projects getting churned out in mass at the same time?

Tiny creators are not going to have the financial basis to move the needle so it probably has to be another huge company to actually threaten them successfully.

The full text of the law places as much import on the nests as the eggs. It's very focused on maintaining the breeding abilities of the eagles, so this probably isn't the best argument for showing that eagle eggs are treated the same as eagles.

The eggs seem legally distinct from eagles in that law. It even has a carve out that notes you can't "disturb" the eggs but doesn't say anything about not being allowed to "disturb" eagles.

Even for non comic fans, if there's a character that doesn't need their origin story told another time in movie form, it's Superman.

As the constitution says, everyone gets due process. Even illegal immigrants have to get it, because if they don't then authorities can deny ANYONE due process by saying you're here illegally and the procedure to check if that's true or not never happens.

Popularized is an understatement. It's the default. It's notable to see a toilet that doesn't have some kind of bidet there.
Compared to the US where most folks dont even know what a bidet is.

I don't know. It seems a lot easier to send a natural born US citizen to the country they were born in. Much less disruptive, too.
