Well, thank goodness I found a reasonably priced copy at last! One of the greatest animated series of all time, glad I could find this art book.

Okitegami Kyōko no Bibōroku (The Memorandum of Kyoko Okitegami) was a lot of fun. It was hard to find, but being a Nisio Isin series, it had an interesting story and colourful characters.

Finished watching The Gold season 2 - drama following up on the fallout from the Brink's-Mat robbery. Really enjoyed this one.

I find myself occasionally missing my old neighbourhood. Kanamachi is a little far from central Tokyo, but it was nice to have my own little space there, and the light always felt so cinematic.

I was spirited away to Okinawa for my birthday this weekend. Has been fun and relaxing, albeit brief. Beautiful islands, and weather is lush - even in winter.

Adding to my nerd-cred, today I saw the Fukuoka Gundam! It was a flying visit whilst I was in the area, but happy I could see it.

Today was good. Weather was just perfect, and the roads were quiet. Travelled to see three One Piece statues (and saw Sanji yesterday). I have so much time for Kumamoto.
