I haven't trusted my gut since the Brexit referendum followed by Trump's first election success followed by Boris Johnson's landslide victory for the Conservatives. Although Labour's recent election win gave me hope, it was dashed by Trump's second win. I'm a stranger in a strange land 😵‍💫
