Also, fill up your gas tank and lift your wiper blades up from your windshield if you leave your car outside. Your wiper blades *will* freeze to your windshield if you leave them in their normal position and will not come off without great difficulty and possible damage.

If you still have time before the storm hits, inflate your tires with 2-3 extra psi than above what it normally is. For every 10 degree temp drop, you will lose 1psi of tire pressure.
