What kind of feedback did you get from those second interviews? How many of those were final rounds? I've had interviews that went 5+ rounds and 3-4 weeks, which is crazy, but also not unusual.

Several years ago the town of Buda, TX (suburb of Austin) built a new elementary school on a road at least half a mile from any houses and with no bike lane or sidewalk to get there.
