Action based on the sovereignty of the people not the UK Crown, leading to the setting up of a Constituent Assembly.

For a democratic, secular, socially just and environmentally sustainable Scottish republic.

Only a mass movement from below can deliver an independent Scotland with LGBT+ rights firmly embedded in its constitution.

We also defend the right of @maggiechapman.bsky.social MSP & others, inside & outwith our national parliament, to criticise the Supreme Court w/o penalisation. We urge @snp.org & @scottishlabour.bsky.social MSPs not to support the Tory campaign for her removal from Holyrood’s equalities committee.

We welcome the enormous solidarity demonstrations which have taken place outside UK government offices and we encourage independence supporters to support further demonstrations wherever and whenever they take place.

Independence supporters in particular should find nothing to celebrate in last week’s ruling from the same Supreme Court which vetoed our national right to self-determination.
