Wrote a short piece on supply of new and unsold housing in Canada. It is rising a lot, specifically in Met Van , but I am skeptical of CMHC’s counts for Toronto.

Really interesting developments. My own take is simple. If you want the confidence of the population govern, there needs to be clarity in the party’s social values as well. It really is not clear.

Really interesting developments. My own take is simple. If you want the confidence of the population govern, there needs to be clarity in the party’s social values as well. It really is not clear.

Real talk… If Trump triggers the tariff, it looks like the Sienna I put a deposit on will be more $$. Built in Indiana… on the bright side, maybe the higher price forces more buyers out of the market…

New data for provinces showed BC GDP expanded fastest among provinces in 2023 at 2.4%. Yes, pop grew fast as well at about 3.4% (negative per capita), but that trailed Alberta which posted similar GDP growth, and Ontario which had a 1.6% real GDP growth rate.
