How long before Trump has Bondi to try and dismiss the case without prejudice so he can dump Halligan and then he will try and find a real prosecutor who will take this case? I don’t think he can find such a person, but he will try. This case should be dismissed with prejudice.

I would imagine the only thing left un-redacted will be anything to do with Trump’s Democrat enemies. He has already given Bondi and Patel his list of names to investigate. Those will be the only names to remain for others to see. Trump and his “friends” will remain hidden by the black sharpie.

The government’s actions on the Comey and James cases has been even more criminal than the trumped up charges brought against these two, solely because they dared to cross Trump and exposed his fraud and abuses. We all know this is nothing more than retribution to soothe his ruffled feathers.

An insurance lawyer is the only one Trump could find who would do his bidding and indict Comey and James. Halligan is not now or has ever been a prosecutor. She is just the latest tool that Trump has found to do what he says. She will be thrown under the bus as this case goes south on them.

He now wants the files released after he told Bondi to reopen the case to investigate his Democrat rivals. He knows that with the case being reopened, the DOJ and the FBI won’t release any information in an ongoing investigation. How “convenient” for him to change his opinion now.

I thought we had learned our lesson with the debacle of the Nixon administrations, and it seemed like we had for a while, but history is not only repeating itself, it is now making the Nixon admins look like they weren’t so bad. So now, we have to learn all over again, and retain our democracy.

I think Trump ordered Bondi to reopen the Epstein investigation to focus on his Democrat rivals knowing the DOJ won’t release the files now because it is part of an ongoing investigation. His timing is suspect in this. So now he can tell Congress to go ahead and vote to release the files.

Or, since calling on Bondi to reopen the investigation to focus solely on Democrats, he knows they won’t open the files in an ongoing investigation. I think his timing in his request to Bondi was a strategic move on his part. Now the investigation will be ongoing as long as he is in office.

They are just making this stuff up as they go! Especially Bessent, every time I hear him speak he keeps changing his story slightly, so you can’t ever really know what it is he means. He did several interviews yesterday about the $2K tariff rebate scheme and it was different for every interview.

We most assuredly have the most corrupt president in our nation’s history serving in the WH right now. Trump is all about how to enrich himself at the sacrifice of others. His office is nothing more than a pay for play operation. We see it every single day.

As we have said all along, release the files and punish anyone who has broken the law, regardless of political affiliation or socioeconomic standing. If the facts, not innuendo, show you broke the law, then you should be punished, full stop.

The problem is, how many people can afford to buy steaks with the rising prices of food? All the promises Trump made about reducing prices during his campaign have not come true. Trump’s economic policies have been an abject failure and always will be. His tariff policy is driving prices way up.

The stoppage in SNAP benefits was done simply at the behest of Trump and his Trumplican party, to inflict pain and suffering on Americans. All this was done so that the richest in this country could enjoy another tax break by Trump. Trump does not care about anyone but himself and his friends(?)….

I wouldn’t even mind the traditional conservative Republican Party re-emerging to take their place in American politics. I am not sure how many of them still exist, but their politics should certainly replace the Trumplican Party that has replaced the Republican Party in politics.

Noem is taking lessons from Trump’s playbook. She is making sure those close to her are duly compensated for their loyalty to her and the Trump regime. I wouldn’t be surprised if, at some point in the future we learned that some of that money found its way back to her somehow. Grifting….

This should be an easy investigation, it was already done and the DOJ and the FBI already have the results. Trump just didn’t like the results of that investigation because it has his name attached to it. Publish the investigation results, go after ALL the perpetrators in the investigation.

If there is any real evidence that Bill Clinton broke the law, then by all means, he should be brought to justice, but so should anyone else, regardless of any political or socioeconomic status. If you break the law, you should be brought to justice. PERIOD, FULL STOP!!!!!

It most definitely is a sign that Trump is running scared and still trying to deflect attention away from him. Trump is so apparent in what he is doing, but as you mentioned, his abject narcissistic personality won’t let him ever admit he has done anything wrong.

Trump, in his infinite wisdom (LOL), wants only Democrats investigated this time. Instead of letting the facts determine the direction of the investigation, he wants it focused on only his political enemies. The DOJ and the FBI have already done their work, Trump just didn’t like the results.

Anyone, Democrat or Republican or anyone without a political affiliation, should be brought to justice, regardless of their socioeconomic standing in society. I am jaded enough to think that will never happen, but I do hope for it to happen. The criminals should have to pay for their crimes, period…
