Think I’m rage quitting Metaphor Refantazio. I’m over a hundred hours in and there’s no end in sight. This final dungeon (even by final dungeon standards) is a load of shit 💩. They went too far man. Going to move on to the next “best game ever” which I’m sure I’ll hate as well

Confession: In hindsight, I ultimately didn’t really understand the plot of “1000xResist” 🤷♂️ . The whole thing reminded me of one of those literature books they made you read in High School where a bunch of stuff happens but only SparkNotes helped me make any sense of it.

Watching the One to One: John & Yoko documentary was equally parts powerful & disheartening. The issues America had in 1972 - 53 years ago - is a mirror of all the same issues we still have in the present day. Kudos to them for their art, activism, & truly believing things could be better.

“Weapons” certainly has its spooky moments. Loved the cinematography & it was refreshing watching a horror movie with a full explanation & wasn’t left to ambiguous BS. It’s very very weird though by the time you realize what’s going on.

Watched the first few episodes of “The Chair Company”. It had me bursting out in laughter a few times mainly with the meta humor of an absolutely silly premise spiraling hilariously out of control. It’s not always funny so much as it’s strange & a little disturbing.

Was gonna stream tonight but it’s been a long week and I got an appointment tomorrow. Playing “Earthbound” instead since it’s always been my comfort game. I like how it’s been 30 years since this game came out & I still think in many ways it’s better than many modern rpgs

Upon hearing the premise of “KPop Demon Hunters”.. it sounded like the dumbest thing in the world. Then I watched it and perhaps because I went in with low expectations, I thought it was incredible. Loved the production value on the songs & it has a really good message too

I've finally completed Donkey Kong Bananza. It was a very good game. Highly recommended if you enjoy 3d platformers. But now... do I spend the countless hours trying to 100% it and unlock the secret ending? No. The answer is no. I'm watching that ish on YouTube lol

Donkey Kong Bananza - aside from being an incredible game so far - may have just permanently altered the way we say “banana” forever. Now, we will all impulsively blare out “BUH NAN NUH”

Cyberpunk 2077 had a fun gameplay loop with the fps action coupled with stealth & hacks. Graphics, voice acting, & overall immersion was amazing. Unfortunately, I found the storyline mostly incomprehensible & the endings were disappointingly stupid

So the plot of Cyberpunk really picks up when you get to Phantom Liberty. The main challenge is playing through the 40-50 hour base campaign of hanging with Keanu Reeves & “I don’t really know what’s going on but check out these graphics”

My first impression of Dragon’s Dogma 2 is “wow, this game looks and plays like it’s from 2007”. Not off to a great start when it feels like a throwback to a mid Xbox 360 RPG
