While jet fuel demand hasn't hit records in the U.S., passenger counts have. Increased fuel efficiency of newer planes. So I did some math- how many fewer gallons would a 787-9 use vs a 777-200 over that 30 years? Any guesses? (same routes, utilization, etc)
