That is particularly heinous. Arlington is Robert E. Lee's former property. The Union seized it and began burying their dead there. It is America's Normandy. The country became better for the fight the Union waged against the evil of slavery. An attempt to bury it is criminal.

Even Arlington National Cemetery is vulnerable. All mention of Hispanic, Black, and women soldiers buried there has been stripped from their website. Also gone, all mention of the Civil War. 2/
