There’s a selective bias for membership in a class defined by continually amassing immense amounts of wealth well beyond personal material necessity: they are more likely to be motivated to further accumulate wealth/power.

This country has a history in repeatedly learning this fact.

Yeah I agree. It is commercial use of creative work.
