Trump's statement is a violation of Article 1, Section 4, the 10th Amendment, and the 14th Amendment. This is just another indication that Trump has no idea what is in the Constitution and could care less.

You must not have been around in the 50's and 60's, but even if not, you should have learned about Brown v. Board of Education and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to mention a few. It's not this crap we are living with now where Congress and SCOTUS are scared to do their job. Mostly just News Room.
