You could freeze them. I had 5-6 a while ago that I kept in the freezer since they were ripe when they were given to me. I just thawed them in hot water when I was ready to use them.

I have it. I haven't used it in a while but when I did I liked it. I'm not a professional though so idk all the advanced stuff.

Yeah I meant it as a topping. Growing up I would always use either sugar or hot sauce.
